Delivery Methods

General Contracting

Always putting our best “team” forward.

From the very beginning, River City Construction has been doing what it loves best – building! And we’ve earned a reputation for excellence in the process. As a self-performing contractor, our skilled workforce does much of the work. But we also utilize pre-qualified subcontracting partners and work in the competitive bidding environment to help us get the job done at the high-quality level we expect. That’s because we are committed to making you and your project successful… and making the entire process exciting and fun.

Construction Manager @ Risk

Communicate. Collaborate. Cooperate.

Under our Construction Management @ Risk Program, we closely work with and collaborate with you and your design team, every step of the way. Whether it is through an Integrated Project Delivery approach (shared risk/shared reward) or through a true construction management approach, River City Construction is truly invested in being your advocate and helping you reduce the level of risk throughout your entire project.

PRECONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Our tried and true process

Regardless of which delivery method you chose, our team continually works to make sure your vision for the project is brought to life. Design/Build

Bringing your vision to life with one contract.

Get the best of both worlds when you combine the creative design process with the construction phase. Through this, we are able to fast-track the most challenging projects by allowing different phases to overlap. Plus, you only have one point of contact for your entire project, helping streamline communication to get the job done. So whether you’re partnering with our in-house architectural firm, River City Design Group, or with a national design partner, we strive to be an industry leader in design/build services.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Make Critical Design Decisions with 3D Views

Building Information Modeling (or BIM) is a specialized design software that provides you with the ability to review your project in three dimensions. Internally, River City Construction uses BIM technology to help our project teams and clients make critical decisions about their projects. BIM technology promotes the use of prefabricating systems, another avenue to expedite the construction schedule and potentially reduce cost. The collaboration, planning, and decisions made before a shovel blade hits the dirt result in tremendous savings potential on project cost, expedited schedules, and enhanced safety awareness.
